Despite the dealership being down in staff, we never felt rushed or ignored. His professional yet down-to-earth demeanor made the entire car buying experience truly enjoyable. On the day of delivery, his after-sales service is commendable as well. He made sure all our request was completed and followed up to ensure that we are completely satisfied with the car and to answer any additional questions. Had a minor service and front brakes replaced by South Coast BMW. I usually get my car serviced at Rushcutters Bay where I bought it but I was down the coast and thought I'd give them a ring on the off chance they could squeeze me in. I was able to get an appointment for the next week. In Sydney, it's usually a 6-8 week wait for an appointment so I was pretty delighted by that. The dealership is close to the centre of Wollongong so I was able to go shopping while I waited. Car came back washed and vacuumed and with new brakes. Price was all reasonable and service was excellent. I feel like I've discovered a secret down the coast. Very happy with my service.

Hi everyone, I hate to give bad reviews but I’ve experienced something ridiculous! I ordered a new BMW X3 on Saturday, signed the contract, paid the $5000 deposit, prepared for financing, prepared to celebrate in January. But today , after 4 days, being told the car was sold to someone else. They wanted me to choose from other colours or options. Well this is not the customer’s problem, it’s your problem, if you break a contract, you pay the penalties not the customer! How can people trust this dealer anymore!
